But here is the uncomfortable truth: the CRO industry is full of tools that promise shortcuts to understanding your customers. AI-generated user research. Synthetic testing. Predictive personalisation that has never met a real person.
These tools are not as obviously fake as this one, but they share the same fundamental flaw: they replace the hard work of understanding real human behaviour with comforting machine theatre.
The only difference between Synthetic Experiments and some real products on the market is that we are honest about being bullshit.
There are no shortcuts.
Real optimisation requires real research, real testing, and real respect for the people using your website.
